What is Photorejuvenation?
Photorejuvenation is the application of gentle broad spectrum light to the patient’s skin. The light can be applied anywhere that sun damage has altered the skin pigmentation, including the face, chest, neck and hands.
The following problems can be corrected or improved through a series of photorejuvenation procedures:

Dr. Leff will choose the proper wavelength on the device for your skin type. The light penetrates through the skin and damages the pigmented area. Your body naturally responds and the healing process clears away the unwanted pigmentation.
These procedures are quick, gentle and non-invasive. As the signs of sun damage gradually disappear, your skin will look younger. For best results, we usually recommend a series of 4 to 6 photorejuvenation treatments at 3-week intervals.
